Charles Holzer Luxury Real Estate Financings in South Florida
Worth Capital Holdings recently funded some notable financings across South Florida, arranged and originated by Capital Funding Financial, reflecting the two firms’ strong partnership. The deals ranged from bridge loans on luxury homes to ground-up construction financing.
“We were proud to play a pivotal role in these exciting projects and look forward to many more in the future,” said Charles Holzer of Worth Capital Holdings. “South Florida’s luxury residential sector continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals.”
“Over the past six months, our partnership with Capital Funding Financial has helped deploy millions of dollars in South Florida luxury real estate financings,” Holzer added. “Partnering with proven originators like David DiNatale at Capital Funding aligns with our mission to deploy capital efficiently alongside developers and investors who require reliable capital partners to execute in a timely manner.”
