Rusty Holzer is a seasoned real estate professional and accomplished equestrian. As the director of his family-owned real estate company Worth Capital Holdings; Rusty Holzer serves a key role in the acquisition, financing, development, and management of over $1 billion worth of real estate transactions.

 

Holzer’s impressive track record includes the creation, operation, and eventual sale of a nationwide commercial mortgage finance company. Rusty Holzer also has experience in purchasing non-performing loan packages from the Resolution Trust Company and other financial institutions.

 

In addition to Holzer’s real estate expertise, Holzer also oversees the retail division of his family’s holdings, which includes high-end tenants such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Van Cleef and Arpels. Holzer’s educational background includes a degree from Harvard University. Rusty Holzer was also a competitor at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona for horseback riding.

 

He currently serves on the boards of the Equus Foundation and is a trustee of the Rogal Foundation, a charitable trust where he is responsible for selecting investment managers and allocating assets. With his extensive experience in real estate and finance, and his dedication to philanthropy, Rusty Holzer is a respected and accomplished professional in the industry.
